Miso Dressing

1/4 cup miso paste
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 rice wine vinegar
1 t fish sauce
1 T soy sauce
2 T brown sugar (more to taste)
1 t dark sesame oil
mayo to taste, if desired

1. Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor, blend until an emulsion forms
